New training materials: access to newly released materials during the term (e.g., PDF modules, updated slides/handouts, updated competency checklists, and recorded micro-trainings, etc.).
Limited support: up to 6 hours per year of virtual technical assistance (email and scheduled calls), used for implementation questions and troubleshooting. Additional support is available at the standard hourly consulting rate
